Your questions, answered

How does the client onboarding process work?
Once you send us an inquiry, either by email or through the form on our website, we’ll review it and respond with a summary of your options along with a fee estimate. If you choose to proceed, we will email you a Client Agreement for electronic signature and provide instructions to wire the onboarding fee (currently $250 as of June 2025; subject to change). After both the signed agreement and payment are received, we’ll send you a detailed intake form and a checklist of any documents or items to collect. From there, we will develop a tailored strategy based on your specific needs, and ongoing discussions and actions will follow accordingly.

Why choose Lexcross?
We’re built for today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, empowering individuals, businesses, and nations to move, grow, and build across borders. Our focus is both forward-looking and grounded in preserving the strength and integrity of Western civilization. Are the solutions tailored to each client, or is the advice generic?

Always. Every solution we provide is tailored to the specific needs of the person or organization we’re working with. We don’t use templates or plug-and-play answers. Whether you’re relocating, expanding a business, making an investment or looking to contribute your skills somewhere new, we take the time to understand your goals and design a strategy that fits your reality.

Is tax planning or tax advisory included in the services?

No, we are not licensed tax advisors, and we do not offer tax planning or financial structuring as a standalone service. However, we regularly discuss strategic options with clients and collaborate with licensed tax professionals. When needed, we can connect you with trusted experts in our network.

Are second passport or tax residency services in low-cost countries part of the offering?

We don’t believe in selling illusions. We don’t promote unstable, unsafe, or low-quality jurisdictions just to offer a tax break or a second passport. We only advise on countries with real legal frameworks, stable institutions, solid infrastructure, and genuine long-term potential. If a place is corrupt, unreliable, or lacks quality of life — it’s not on our list. Our goal is long-term value, not quick fixes. We advise clients who want real opportunity, not shortcuts with hidden risks.

Which countries are covered for full legal services?
We currently offer full legal services in Ukraine and Bulgaria.

Why is email the preferred method of communication?
Email is the most efficient and respectful way to communicate. It allows us to provide clear, thoughtful responses, keep a transparent record of what’s discussed, and ensure no details are missed. It saves time for both sides and keeps things organized. That said, we do offer one-on-one online consultations with our client relations team or legal experts when needed - billed at an hourly rate. For high-potential or complex matters, in-person meetings are also possible, subject to availability.

How are the service fees structured?
Fees depend on the scope of each case. Once a client chooses to move forward, we charge a one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee. After that, all service fees are clearly outlined and customized based on what’s required.

What happens if a client provides false information or forged documents?
If a client misrepresents their information or submits forged documents, there will be no refund under any circumstances. In addition, we will immediately terminate the engagement and report the incident to the relevant authorities. We fully cooperate with law enforcement and will pursue appropriate legal action if necessary.

Are the outcomes like visas or approvals guaranteed?
No one can guarantee government approvals. What we do promise is clarity, honest assessments, and the best possible strategy for your situation.
